Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Let us know your decision by writing to info@rotaxlab.com before the deadline expires.

Made-to-order pieces: exemption

Made-to-order works and bespoke one-of-a-kind pieces are produced to your specifications and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal, as allowed by EU rules on customised goods. Your rights in case of a defect remain unaffected.

How to request a return

For eligible items, contact us at info@rotaxlab.com quoting your order number. We'll send return instructions; the item must come back intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are yours unless stated otherwise.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used at purchase, via Stripe.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, email info@rotaxlab.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece. We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.
