Who we are

What we collect and why

We collect the data needed to fulfil your order (name, shipping and billing address, email, phone) and, if you opt in, your email for the newsletter. We use this to handle orders, shipping and support and, with your consent, to share updates about our work.

Lawful basis

We process order data to perform our contract with you and to meet tax and legal obligations. The newsletter relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Payments and email

Payments are handled by Stripe under the PCI-DSS standard; we never store your full card details. Transactional emails and the newsletter are sent through Resend. These providers process your data as processors on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep order and invoicing data for as long as Italian law requires (generally 10 years for tax records). Newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, or to complain, email info@rotaxlab.com; you may also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
