Hand-made pieces

Every piece is hand-made in steel. Small variations in finish, texture, tone and dimensions are a natural part of artisan work and are not considered defects.

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable Italian VAT. Any duties or import taxes outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email; we may decline orders that are incomplete, erroneous or unavailable.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. An order is sent to production or shipping only after payment has been confirmed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the mandatory rights granted by EU law and by the courts of their place of residence.
